9:00am - 12:00pm
Set up begins at 8:00am
Parking:
- All sponsors can park in the Log Boom parking lot IF arriving BEFORE 8:45am & departing AFTER noon. Please note, the lot entrance gate will close at 8:45am for the duration of the event.
We will provide you with space, and you bring the rest!
*Weather Notice: This is an OUTDOOR event -- please plan for any type of weather!
What to Bring:
- Tent (tent weights are highly recommended in case of wind)
- Table, tablecloth & chair(s)
- 5K Event Swag (expect 125-200 people w/15% being children)
Based on our research and feedback from last year, guests especially enjoy healthy snacks, beverages, chapstick, sunscreen, sanitizer, and running/walking gear like socks.
- Marketing Collateral - brochures, biz cards, etc.
- Fun game, door prize or other way to attract and engage participants (optional)
- Ways to collect email addresses, encourage social media connections, etc. (optional)
- Please provide your own mobile electricity/hotspot as necessary.
About the Venue:
Log Boom Park
This 3.9-acre park provides access to over 1200 lineal feet of shoreline on Kenmore's Lake Washington waterfront. The public dock is a fantastic place to watch the seaplanes land, toss out a line for fishing or simply enjoy the sunset. Other features include the Kenmore History Path, playground area, picnic tables, access to the Burke-Gilman Trail, daytime moorage, and restroom facility.
